Use the Booking section on this site. Fill in your details, select a service and preferred date, and describe the job. Mitch will respond within 48–72 hours to confirm or follow up.

Yes — free estimates are available for most jobs. Reach out by phone, text, or the booking form and Mitch will provide a no-obligation estimate before any work begins.

Online bookings require payment via Cash App, Chime, or Venmo — retainers and balances are settled digitally. Cash is accepted in person only; Mitch records those payments manually for invoicing. If paying by Square, a small processing fee is passed through and disclosed before any charge.

A retainer may be required for larger projects or to hold a specific date. Mitch sets the amount at confirmation. Retainers are non-refundable on cancellation but may be applied toward a rescheduled booking at Mitch's discretion.

Both options work. If you supply materials before the job, only the labor rate applies — no extra fees. If Mitch sources materials, you pay actual cost plus a 10% procurement fee. A quote is always provided before work begins.

Please give as much advance notice as possible — at least 24 hours is appreciated. Retainers paid to hold a date are non-refundable on cancellation. Rescheduling is handled case by case based on availability.

Yes — Mitch holds NCCER Core Certification and is OSHA-10 Certified. NCCER is a nationally recognized credential covering construction tools and trade practices; OSHA-10 covers workplace safety and hazard prevention. For work requiring a licensed trade contractor (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), Mitch will let you know upfront.
